Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for both parties. Grace Period • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled. Appointment Changes • Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment. No-Show Policy • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged to your card. Cancellation Fee • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee, which will be applied to your next appointment.
